These terms cover use of Fam Me at fam-me.com, operated by PH8 Games, LLC.
Invite only
There is no public registration. A current member invites you by email. You sign in with a one-time link sent to that address.
Adults only (accounts)
You must be at least 18 years old to create or use a Fam Me login. By signing in, you confirm you meet that age. Fam Me does not knowingly offer accounts to children.
Children in the family tree
Relatives who are minors may appear as person profiles in the tree, added and managed by adult members. Inviting or listing a child does not require giving that child an email login or their own account.
Your responsibilities
Post only what your family should see. Do not upload anything you do not have the right to share. Family admins can remove members and content that does not belong.
No warranty
Fam Me is provided as available. We do not promise the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
Prices and promotions
Optional donations through Stripe are voluntary and are not required for invite access. This website does not sell membership subscriptions. The donation amount is shown on Stripe before you pay. If a paid membership plan is offered later, the price and terms will be shown before you are charged.
